Workplace Coaching

Workplace coaching is an effective tool to help teams build rapport, increase accountability, improve communication, and create a sense of connectivity. 

Our approach to working with teams is to develop programs that recognize the strength of all members. Our workshops are founded on the principles of respecting everyone’s model of the world; that everyone is doing the best they can with the resources they have; and that there is no failure, only feedback. We believe that helping each member recognize their own empowerment is critical to the overall success of any group, as personal responsibility moves groups to focus on solutions, be supportive, and have the confidence to innovate.

Some of the common themes that we are hired to support within the workplace include building coaching capacity, identifying values, and facilitating mindfulness exercises.

 

Capacity

Building the capacity within your organization for peer-to-peer and manager-to-employee coaching is an effective (and efficient) way to accelerate your groups impact. We move managers and colleagues from a place of giving advice to asking powerful questions that help members embrace their strengths and find their own solutions.

Values

Values are our deepest level programming and are central to our motivation, behaviour, and relationships. Knowing our own values, as well as those we engage with, helps strengthen teams and increases harmony and productivity. We have great exercises to help elicit your deepest values to help set the values of your group or organization.

Mindfullness

More and more organizations are recognizing the value of creating space for employees to incorporate mindfulness practice into their workday. We provide tools to help individuals strengthen their practice and also assist organizations to establish programs and resources that support a more mindful workplace.

Personal Coaching as an extended health benefit.

We also have clients who subscribe to our One on One Coaching as a wellness perk for their staff or volunteers. This is a great opportunity for you and your team members to individually work with one of our coaches in a private setting for a condensed Breakthrough Session to address your personal negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and unproductive behaviors in any area of your life.  In our experience, those who participate in a Breakthrough Session, even if it focuses on something not directly related to work, see a significant improvement in their performance and relationship with colleagues. This is because challenges and behaviors in other parts of our lives impact everything that we do.

Workshops & Retreats

Throughout the year we offer both in-person and online workshops. Some are available only to existing clients, as they cover advanced concepts, while others are open to everyone interested in learning different modalities to support their path of self-improvement.

We also offer wellness retreats in Canada and in Mexico, where we combine services and teachings with other instructors and practitioners to offer you the most wholesome experience.

Due to COVID-19 we have postponed our Transforma Tu Vida workshop in Mexico City originally scheduled for April 19-22, 2020.
