Letting Go!

Physiologically, an emotion lasts only 90 seconds. What keeps emotions persisting are the stories we tell ourselves about them.

Never Too Old

“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.” – C S Lewis.
People might say that you can’t. That you shouldn’t. That you’re too old, too young, not smart enough, not good enough. Until eventually most of us just stop trying because we believe them.

Out Of Place

Nothing wrong with that, the problem is when those things become emotional attachments.

You’re not the titles, achievements and awards, those are just labels. Remember: “We are not human doings, we are human beings.”

Learn From The Mountain

For some ancient cultures, the mountain meant contact with divinity. The pre-Columbian temples that abound in Mexico were “mountains” built to perfection joining the sky with the earth and the purpose of humanity was to reach the top, for man to achieve a spiritual balance and evolution.
