Reading List

Here are some great books we recommend to help you achieve new heights in your life.

The Brain’s Way of Healing by Norman Doidge

Dr. Doidge does an excellent job at explaining the amazing process of neuroplastic healing. Through elements of history, stories, and science, he effortlessly describes natural and noninvasive elements such as light, sound, vibration, movement that can awaken the plastic brain’s own transformative capacities without surgery or medication and their unpleasant side effects or risks.

Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg

Though the title may be a bit misleading for some, this book is an absolute must read for everyone. Learning to communicate with your partner, family, colleagues and self in a “nonviolent” way is about increasing our ability to live with choice and connection. By knowing how to ask for what we want, how to hear others even in disagreement, and how to move toward solutions that work for all, we can connect emphatically with self and others to have more satisfying relationships.

The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson

Put simply, The Slight Edge is about a way of processing information that enables you to make simple daily choices and actions that will lead you to the success and happiness you desire. In the book you learn about how successful people do things differently, why small actions produce the biggest rewards, and how to incorporate more self-discipline into your life.
