For some ancient cultures, the mountain meant contact with divinity. The pre-Columbian temples that abound in Mexico were “mountains” built to perfection joining the sky with the earth and the purpose of humanity was to reach the top, for man to achieve a spiritual balance and evolution.
In the modern era, a mountain also symbolizes opportunities, achievements in life, persistence and success, but also obstacles and challenges.
The mountain is constantly exposed to changes in temperature, the sun’s rays, the cold, the heat, the rain and the snow, and yet she remains still and imposing.
Learn from the mountain and achieve that internal balance that brings us to calm in the midst of chaos and changes in life.
You can do it ?
